Objective of the Health Centre
- Make people aware of health issues.
- Provide primary health care services in areas having no health facility.
- Prepare village volunteers as paramedical force.
This village is very away from the city. People was facing trouble due to illness before of this Centre. In case of emergency it was very difficult to reach a Doctor that is why people of this area were involved in so many diseases. Now this centre is running regularly and giving medicines to poor people free of cost.
In district Sanghar, the health facilities are not sufficient to meet the health needs of the population. People are also unaware of good health practice and modern hygiene. The issue is quite serious in remote rural areas where there is no treatment for common illnesses. The quacks worsen the situation with their home cooked advices. Women and children are the most affected. Women hesitate to visit the doctor for antenatal, natal and postnatal checkup and treatment. Many women die during labor due to non-availability of services of a qualified health care provider. most of the deliveries in the remote area are conducted by the untrained TBAs at home, who often use unhygienic methods and instruments. Contraceptive prevalence rate in district Sanghar is 15.1 percent.

Diarrhea, Asthma, Tuber Culosis, Blood Pressure ,Malaria,Typhoid,Chest Infection, Ear nose,throd & Eye infection,Hepatitus,Sugar,Joint Diseases,Anemia,Pregnant Women.

Cap: Ciporex 500mg,Ciporex 250mg,Fansidar,Septran DS,Oflosid,Augmentin,Ampiclox,Resochin,Dentel,Ventolin,Avil,Coughsyrup, Dipron and other medicines are attached as scanned.
Impact of the Centre:
Before of the centre people were not treated properly from shahdadpur city, due to non-availability of money, For city hospital they have need of more money ,transportation, doctor fees and purchasing of medicines from there. When they go to city ,they have need of one cup of tea as well lunch from hotel.
Now the health facility is available at village ,a MBBS Doctor is there, people save their time, transportation ,Doctor fees and medicine. So they all are happy by this centre. Now a local man is also under training at Doctor for vaccination, drip and blood pressure checkup at night hours in case of emergency. At early stage we were facing averse customs but now females of the area also attending the Centre and sharing their pregnant issues with Doctor.
For the sustainability of the centre we have fixed the charges Rs;20/patient in which we provide them medicines. Some are in good condition in village they are not provided medicines free of cost. They are referred to store because if we will provide free medicines to those people than it will not be a justice with farmers, laborer’s. Now people does not go to the city for treatment, it good success of the centre.
